Corsica Double Pedestal Executive Desk
Ornately detailed and outfitted to satisfy your every office need, this double pedestal desk is crafted from poplar wood solids with birch veneers and poplar burl inlay and has an extensive range of storage features. Each pedestal has a Pendaflex file drawer that accepts both letter and legal size files, a small task drawer and a standard utility drawer, and the center pencil drawer features a drop face to accommodate keyboard and/or laptop use. All drawer boxes feature English dovetail joinery at front and back, and suspend smoothly via side-mounted, deluxe full edition ball-bearing glides. Hidden wire management provisions exist inside of the pedestal walls to allow for convenient power access, and the desk front has two hidden, hinged door cabinets with open shelf interiors for safekeeping all that you do not want to be tampered with. Between the two hidden doors, the double pedestal desk exhibits a stunning burl inlay bordered by reeded pilasters. Lastly, the desk features a tooled leather writing surface, which increases the aesthetic value of the piece while contributing to its durability.
