Furniture Barn is excited to bring you yet another “YES” we can. Please read carefully the terms of agreement below, then sign and date. Our Price Hold Program is designed to lock in current pricing on merchandise while you make monthly payments.

Qualifying Purchases:
All regular price and circular price merchandise qualifies for our Price Hold program. A minimum purchase of $250 is required.

Tent merchandise, clearance, and blow-out merchandise does not qualify for our Price Hold program. Lamps and accessories are not included.

Payment:
We require a minimum of 10% down at the time of the Price Hold. Monthly payments of 10% of the original purchase price are required. A minimum of 50% of the purchase price must be reached within 90 days and before any furniture is committed to your order, or special orders are placed with the manufacturer.

You are, at any time, allowed to finance the balance of your order when qualified for financing. Financing is not locked in at the time of the Price Hold. Financing options and terms are determined at the time of financing.

Delivery or Pickup:
You are obligated to take delivery of, or pick up your furniture within 90 days from the time you reach 50% of your deposit balance, or your special order furniture arrives in our warehouse. You will be notified of your furniture’s arrival within 24 hours.

Manufacturers discontinued furniture:
Furniture Barn is not responsible for merchandise that you place on Price Hold that becomes discontinued by the manufacturer prior to you reaching your 50% deposit balance. If any merchandise is discontinued from the manufacturer prior to you reaching your 50% obligation, you will be given a store credit for the monies you have paid towards those items. No refunds will be given

Penalties and Cancellations:
Failure to reach the 50% required deposit within 90 days will result in cancellation and all monies will be placed on store credit for future purchases.

Failure to take possession of your furniture within the required period of time will result in a $25 per month service fee subtracted from your current deposit balance.

There is a $25 cancellation fee on Price Holds that do not have merchandise committed (those not reaching the 50% minimum). There is a 30% restocking fee on all cancelled Price Holds that have stock merchandise committed. Special order merchandise can not be cancelled.
